I have changed names for some privacy but I just wanted to get how I felt out in the open. I’ve been told that writing is one of the best forms of therapy. This blog, or journal if you want, is about expressing what’s going on in my life and what I’m dealing with. I’m in no way one of the most tragic people in the world, I have a fairly good life and I’m only twenty two (coming twenty three) so I have a long way to go. Yet, as things keep replaying in my head I feel like it’s cluttered and breaking me down. I hope that this helps, even if no one ever sees it.
